However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery, and we will address the issue on a case-by-case basis. 3. Shipping and Handling: Shipping and handling charges, including return shipping costs, are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to claim the package, any additional shipping charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
